About Us

The Heart of the Batter began in 2019 as a passion project for a 9 year-old girl who loved to bake. She had a vision, and she ran with it to create what is now a thriving small business, focused on customer satisfaction and giving back. A portion of the profit from each product sold is donated to charity. All cakes are made from scratch by now 11 year-old Carson.
